David Reservitz, Esq.
Attorney Reservitz was born in Brockton, Plymouth County Massachusetts. His practice has had a strong focus on municipal law with the City of Brockton for over 25 years
Attorney Reservitz was appointed President of the Plymouth County Bar Association in 2008 and was the longest serving President thereof. He has appeared as a guest lecturer at numerous local Bar Association workshops.
In 2012, Attorney Reservitz was appointed by then-Governor Deval Patrick to the Judicial Nominating Committee for the selection of Massachusetts Judges and held that term throughout that administration.
Michael A. Bergeron, Esq.
Born in Putnam, Connecticut in 1968, Attorney Bergeron attended the New England School of Law and has been a resident of Marshfield, Plymouth County for over 20 years. His law practice has focused on civil and criminal litigation for 25 years, having been involved in hundreds of trials, handling thousands of cases, and covering countless legal issues.
Attorney Bergeron served as both a member of the board of directors and supervising attorney for the Plymouth County bar advocating program for ten years, providing training, teaching, and mentoring to over 150 attorneys in criminal defense.

Born in Brockton, Massachusetts in 1953, Attorney McCluskey has been in practice located in the City of Brockton since 1979. He is a former partner in the Law Firm of Yunits, Buckley, & McCluskey, until John Buckley was elected Plymouth County Registrar of Deeds and Jack Yunits elected Mayor of the City of Brockton. He has been a resident of Duxbury, Plymouth
County for over 30 years. Attorney McCluskey has focused his practice in municipal law and real estate for over 3 decades and has been a prominent consultant to municipalities and related agencies on complex municipal issues.
